Registration
Please note, that all abstract authors have to pay their registration fees until 11 February 2018 at the latest once the review process has been terminated and letters of decision have been mailed (except for “late breaking news” with simultaneous abstract submission and registration prior to acceptance), otherwise the corresponding abstracts will not be published nor will they be listed in the programmme albeit they have been rated successfully by members of the Scientific Committee!

The regular registration fees (full registration, junior / senior delegate, nurse / AHP and student) include:
- access to the scientific sessions (Teaching Courses not included), Networking Evening (Welcome Reception)
- print version of the final programme booklet, conference bag, name tag, catering during breaks
- EACCME certification
- online e-book, Karger abstract e-book (CeDi), conceivably the Karger e-poster online supplement (CeDi)
- digital access to all abstracts and e-posters (at the beginning of the conference via access code)
- digital access to selected presentations (after the conference via access code) as well as to the webdocumentary
- CeDi – 1-year online subscription can be booked for a special price of 50 EUR
- CeDi – 1-year online subscription (on demand – sent out with evaluation after the conference)
The virtual registration fee includes:
- 50% discount on the regular registration fees (full registration)
- NO access to scientific sessions / Teaching Courses / Networking Evening
- NO print version of the final programme / conference bag / catering during breaks
- NO EACCME certification
- online e-book, Karger abstract e-book (CeDi), conceivably the Karger e-poster online supplement (CeDi)

- NO CeDi – 1-year online subscription (but can be booked optional for a special price of 50 EUR)
Payment and confirmation of payment
An invoice or confirmation of registration will be sent to you via postal or electronic mail within 14 days. This invoice is a valid invoice which may be submitted to the local tax and revenue office. All fees are due upon receipt of invoice/registration confirmation. Payment transfers must include participant’s name and invoice number. Payment is also accepted by credit card (Master-/Eurocard, American Express, VISA). In the case that you have transferred the registration fee shortly before the start of the congress, (up to 10 days prior to congress opening), we would like to ask you to please present your transfer remittance slip onsite.
